September 11, 2019 -The official Mr. Spickles book launch got quite the kick off when author, Missie Brooks Kramer and illustrator, Mary Beth Martin appeared in the Clark County Fair parade. The Mr. Spickles float won first place in the Education division. Book signing and a chance to meet Mr. Spickles followed throughout the week at the Clark County Fair for two legged and four legged friends as well.
